BALELE focuses on sharing and connecting Disney collectibles and merchandise, primarily from China’s two major Disney parks — Shanghai Disney Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland.

In addition, we also share items from our personal collections, including Disney pins and collectibles from Paris Disneyland and Disney parks in the United States. 🌍 Our collection is not limited to China only.

💰 Pricing

Our pricing includes international shipping, import duties, and applicable U.S. state sales tax. If taxes apply in other countries or regions, they will also be included.

Compared to prices on eBay, our items are typically 15–20% more affordable. This is because we operate independently, avoiding high platform fees and pre-collected taxes charged by third-party marketplaces.

✈️ Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from mainland China. We use air freight for international transit, followed by local delivery partners in the destination country.

Under normal circumstances, deliveries to the United States take approximately 7–10 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to flight schedules, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

After placing an order, we will confirm product availability via email within 1–3 business days.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you promptly and offer the option to wait or receive a refund.

🔍 Item Sourcing & Personal Shopping Service

We offer free assistance in sourcing or purchasing Disney items that are not listed on our website, such as limited-edition pins or park-exclusive merchandise.
