Shipping Policy
Clear shipping information for BALELE collectible pin orders.

Orders are processed after payment is completed and, when applicable, after BALELE completes order review or actual pin photo review. Most eligible orders are prepared within 3–7 business days.
If an item is out of stock, cannot pass order review, or needs additional confirmation, BALELE may contact the buyer before shipment.
Shipping destinations and carriers
BALELE may ship collectible pin orders to supported destination countries shown during checkout or configured in Google Merchant Center. Available destinations may change based on carrier availability, customs restrictions, and order risk review.
Orders are shipped with tracking whenever a tracked service is available. The tracking number and carrier will be shown in the buyer order detail page after fulfillment.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country, carrier, customs clearance, local delivery network, and holidays.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs inspection, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information may extend delivery time.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost, if any, is shown during checkout before payment. The final shipping cost may depend on destination, order quantity, package weight, and selected shipping service.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges. These charges are not controlled by BALELE and are the buyer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Address accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order has not shipped, the buyer may contact BALELE to request an address correction. After shipment, BALELE cannot guarantee that address changes are possible.
