About BALELE

BALELE is an independent collectible pin community and marketplace experience. BALELE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Disney. Disney-related names, characters, images, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

BALELE may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that abuse the service, submit misleading content, infringe rights, attempt fraud, or disrupt the community.

User content

Users may submit pin images, descriptions, comments, messages, and collection information. You should only submit content that you have the right to share.

By submitting content to BALELE, you allow BALELE to display, host, resize, index, and use that content for community, search, marketplace, and pin discovery features.

Marketplace and orders

Market listings, prices, availability, order review, actual pin photos, payment, shipping, cancellation, refund, and after-sales handling follow the rules shown on BALELE’s product pages, checkout, order pages, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

BALELE may reject or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the listing contains an error, payment cannot be verified, the order fails review, or fulfillment is not possible.

Points and rewards

BALELE points are a site feature for eligible actions and order discounts. Points have no cash value, are not a stored-value product, and cannot be transferred outside BALELE unless BALELE clearly provides such a feature.
